Job summary

Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline; is seeking a Junior Administrator in the Chargeback Department to support daily operations and learn the end-to-end chargeback process. This is a fantastic entry point for a recent graduate, with full training supplied and no prior experience required.

The role offers hands-on experience in finance within Ireland, with opportunities to develop analytical skills and advance within the chargeback team over time.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and probllem solving skills.
• High degree of initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word essential.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily chargeback files from Acquirers.
• Review eligibility of chargeback for representment.
• Collect, prepare necessary documentation defending chargeback dispute.
• Adhere and Maintain extensive knowledge of card scheme rules, regulations, timeframes relating to chargeback, arbitration and compliance cases.
• Liaise with fraud team with respect to fraudulent cases.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chargeback Team Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent grad to kickstart their career in Finance.Suitable for a recent graduate and no previous experience is necessary and there will be full training provided.
