Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business change, operational readiness or change management activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience assessing business impacts and developing readiness plans.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and translate ideas into practical business outcomes.
• Copilot Studio or equivalent AI-related training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change initiatives in line with the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) change framework and governance standards, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to business readiness and change delivery.
• Assess impacts across people, processes, technology and customers, developing readiness plans that support successful implementation and adoption of change.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, project teams and third-party partners to deliver successful business outcomes.
• Coordinate business readiness, communications, training, testing and implementation activities, ensuring the business is prepared for change and customer disruption is minimised.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, providing clear reporting and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes, operational performance and change delivery.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools to support change delivery activities including process mapping, impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communications and operational readiness.
• Support the adoption of AI capabilities within the Change Manager community through knowledge sharing, coaching and practical application of Microsoft Copilot and agent-based solutions.
• Identify opportunities where AI, automation or digital solutions could simplify processes, improve colleague experience and support operational effectiveness.
