• Two years of experience in health or social care.
• QQI/FETAC Level 5 or QCF/NVQ Level 3 qualification in health and social care.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in ensuring Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up to date.
• Provide highest quality care and support to residents.
• Lead and supervise the team; arrange regular meetings and appraisals.
