Job summary

Cardiac Services in Ireland seeks a Service Commercial & Technical Operations Manager to lead IOI Service across the island of Ireland, driving revenue growth and directing end-to-end service operations for medical devices.

You will manage a technical service team, oversee installation, maintenance, repair and upgrades, ensure governance and compliance, and collaborate with Sales on tenders and new offerings.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in servicing medical devices and clinical engineering environments.
• Proven leadership of field service teams in a complex medical device setting.
• Irish driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong governance, reporting and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and commercial leadership for IOI Service across Ireland, directing revenue growth and service profitability.
• Manage service contract lifecycle including proposals, negotiations, renewals and KPI monitoring.
• Lead the Service elements of tenders and collaborate with Sales on pricing and offering development.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and upgrade activities for medical devices across IOI.
• Ensure governance, quality and regulatory compliance, and timely performance reporting; drive continuous improvement.
