Job summary

Uniphar Group seeks a Service Commercial & Technical Operations Manager for IOI across Ireland. You will lead strategic direction, commercial performance, and end-to-end service operations of medical devices, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.

You will manage the IOI technical service team, drive service contracts, and collaborate with procurement and sales to expand offerings while maintaining regulatory compliance and service quality across all portfolios.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years’ experience in servicing medical devices and/or clinical engineering environments.
• Experience leading field service engineering teams and complex installations.
• Proven ability to scale teams with strategic growth.
• Driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for IOI Service across Ireland, driving revenue, profitability and growth.
• Oversee service delivery for installation, maintenance, repair and upgrades of medical devices.
• Manage service contracts lifecycle from proposal to renewal with KPIs.
• Build supplier partnerships to ensure scalable service capability.
• Lead tender submissions for service offerings in collaboration with Sales.
