Job summary

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead procurement for its first European manufacturing facility in Ireland. You will ensure material availability and supplier performance across Planning, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in manufacturing purchasing, with ERP/MRP experience (Oracle preferred). You will drive inventory optimization, cost reductions and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong purchasing, material planning and inventory management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, adjust and expedite purchase orders per MRP requirements.
• Develop supplier forecasts to support capacity planning and material availability.
• Manage procurement for direct and indirect materials.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality and Engineering to ensure supply.
• Maintain inventory strategies and target levels.
• Resolve supplier issues and lead cost reductions.
