Job summary

PGIM Ireland seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join Digital Experience Journey. You will partner with product owners, tech leads and designers to improve authenticated customer experiences and capabilities, acting as the main interface between Technology and business areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering; Analytics or related field experience.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD.
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes for decision making.
• Ability to learn new skills through initiative and tackling challenges.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting authenticated digital applications (dashboards, profiles, secure access).
• Ability to translate authentication business needs into clear requirements and tests.
• Familiarity with APIs, event logging, data mapping and system integrations.
• Experience with product management, ROI, and agile scaling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support product vision and communicate the story to stakeholders.
• Solve complex problems involving data and intangible variables.
• Collaborate with product owners and tech leads to define features and designs.
• Define secure, customer-friendly authentication experiences across web and mobile.
• Create journey maps, process flows, and acceptance criteria for authenticated experiences.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to identify root causes and prioritize improvements.
• Own end-to-end product strategy from inception to production value.
• Align features and stories with the product roadmap and vision.
