You will lead a team delivering end-to-end customer journeys grounded in research and strategy, partnering with business and technology partners across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Expertise in journey mapping, UX design, and user research.
Experience turning research into actionable insights.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed journey maps across touchpoints in collaboration with stakeholders.
Translate research into strategic recommendations and roadmaps.
Shape future-state customer journeys with business, tech and process leaders.
Lead workshops and provide coaching to teams on user-centered design.
