PGIM Ireland is seeking an Analyst of Experience Design & Research to shape end-to-end journeys grounded in customer insight and design research. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to reimagine value streams and deliver measurable improvements in experience outcomes.

The role emphasizes research translation into actionable strategies, journey maps, and roadmaps, with a focus on collaboration, storytelling, and change management.

Qualifications

• Expertise in customer journey mapping, experience design, and UX research methodologies.
• Experience translating qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop journey maps to visualize user experiences across touchpoints and partner with stakeholders to optimize future state journeys.
• Translate insights into clear design implications and strategic recommendations.
• Shape future-state customer journey roadmaps with business, technology, and process leaders.
• Translate insights into actionable experience strategies and roadmaps delivered by cross-functional teams.
• Ensure delivery of execution-ready journey designs reflecting customer needs and value-stream priorities.
• Ensure research outputs are actionable and integrated into redesign efforts.
