PGIM Ireland is seeking an Associate, Business Systems Analyst to join a team supporting Investment Accounting Systems. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and work across finance and tech teams to improve data workflows and reporting.

The role blends on-site letters in Letterkenny with two days per week on site, offering a chance to drive transformation in financial systems and analytics within a global asset manager.

Qualifications

1–2 years in banking/financial services, fund administration, accounting or operations.
Bachelor/MIS/BAIT related degree required or equivalent.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and systems requirements.
Translate requirements into functional specifications and process designs.
Collaborate with clients and developers through SDLC phases.
Design test plans and execute validation for system changes.
Create data visuals and reports using PowerBI/Tableau/Cognos.
Support data integrity and automate workflows where possible.
