Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop journey maps to visualize user experience across touchpoints.
• Translate research, insights, and data into design implications and strategic recommendations.
• Shape future-state customer journey roadmaps with business, tech, and process leaders.
• Ensure execution-ready journey designs reflect customer needs and value-stream priorities.
• Coordinate and support workshops with business and technology partners.
• Develop experience-led metrics to align goals and drive decisions.
