Job summary

Qualifications

• A third level degree is required for this role.
• Business Analysis certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in advisory/consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team to deliver client engagements across business analysis, delivery and governance.
• Elicit and document business requirements, producing BRDs and translating regulatory objectives into actionable plans.
• Define project scope, plans, milestones and delivery activities aligned with client outcomes.
• Analyze end-to-end retail banking processes and customer journeys to identify improvements and controls.
