Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a Senior to join its Financial Services Tax team. You will deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services across a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients, developing technical expertise and client relationships while collaborating with Managers and the broader team.

The role focuses on delivering engagements, researching technical tax matters, and providing timely support across Irish tax legislation and company law requirements.

Qualifications

• AITI/CTA qualified with 1+ years post-qualification experience in tax practice.
• Strong knowledge of Irish tax legislation and tax compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and teams.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of tax compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of financial services clients.
• Prepare and review income and corporation tax returns under Irish tax legislation and company law requirements.
• Research technical tax matters and assist in developing practical client solutions.
• Build strong client relationships by responding to day-to-day queries and providing timely, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the team to deliver client engagements.
