Fruition Group Ireland seeks a Senior Business Analyst with strong General Insurance experience to drive a major transformation programme. You will engage senior stakeholders, own requirements from discovery through to implementation, and work across business, technology, product and project teams.

The role focuses on delivering business analysis across complex change, with emphasis on commercial insurance products, underwriting, policy administration and distribution channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis or related role at senior level.
• Strong General Insurance knowledge across commercial products and underwriting.
• Experience delivering complex business and technology change programmes.
• Experience with requirements management including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technology.

Responsabilités

• Lead business analysis across complex transformation initiatives and define outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to map current and future-state processes.
• Produce analysis deliverables: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, processes and non-functional requirements.
• Support test planning and UAT with delivery and testing teams.
• Coordinate BA activities across workstreams and maintain standards.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and communicate potential impacts.
