Vantage is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a 12-month contract consultancy in Dublin. The role requires extensive CRM experience, leadership in requirements gathering, and strong data analysis skills within an Agile environment.

The position is hybrid (2 days on-site in Dublin) with a daily rate of €500 and potential extension beyond six months. A valid working visa is required.

Competenze

• 10+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role with CRM experience.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft environment, M365, Dynamics.
• Skilled in requirements management, process modelling (BPMN/Visio), and data analysis (Excel/SQL).
• Must have a valid working visa.

Role and Responsibilities

Experienced Business Analyst with experience working with CRM solution, business case requirements

Lead requirements gathering, validation, and traceability for business and technical needs.

Document support design of end-to-end workflows.

Develop and maintain all Business Requirements Documents

Create and manage user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.

Data Analysis

What You Need

Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role with CRM experience

Proven experience working in Agile environments

Proficient in Microsoft environment, M365, Dynamics

Skilled in requirements management, process modelling (BPMN/Visio), and data analysis (Excel/SQL).

Must have a valid working visa

What’s On Offer

Daily rate 500

6 month contract (high possibility of extension)
