Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is representing a technology client in Dublin seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst. The role blends hands-on analysis with stakeholder collaboration to optimize internal platforms and processes.

You will gather requirements, map processes and translate complex problems into clear solutions, while supporting delivery across multiple projects and working closely with both business and technology teams. The position is hybrid in Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the evaluation and implementation of new technology solutions.
• Coordinating business input into system changes and enhancements.
• Developing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Investigating recurring system, process and information issues and identifying their underlying causes.
• Identifying opportunities to remove unnecessary manual activity and improve operational efficiency.
• Supporting users and stakeholders through the implementation of new solutions and processes.
• Maintaining clear project documentation and communicating progress, risks and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Contributing to a wider programme of technology and operational improvement initiatives.
