Job summary

Barden is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major public-service digital learning programme in Ireland. You will sit at the centre of the initiative, linking platform users with the people building it and shaping what gets built and go-live.

You will lead stakeholder workshops, map today’s processes to tomorrow’s, and ensure traceability from idea to delivery while planning data and content movement and readiness for later phases. Hybrid working in Dublin is available.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in business analysis, including complex public-service programmes.
• Strong requirements traceability and process mapping.
• Experience with data and content migration and user acceptance testing.
• Confident leading stakeholder workshops.
• Practical Jira and Visio experience.

Barden is proud to partner with one of our clients in the professional services domain as they look to appoint a Senior Business Analyst on a major public-service digital learning programme. It is a chance to help turn a big idea, one connected platform for learning across the public service, into something people actually use.

You will sit at the centre of the programme, linking the people who will use the platform with the people building it. Working under the programme manager, you will shape what gets built and see it through to go-live.

We need someone who can bring a room of different stakeholders to a clear answer, and who takes real pride in getting the detail right. The platform will only be as good as the requirements behind it. - Director

• Learning platform (LXP/LMS) experience is a bonus.

OTHER DETAILS

• Full-time contract, initially 12 months, with potential extensions up to 24 months.
• Hybrid working in Dublin.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is required.
