Job summary

ICDS Group is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer for projects across Dublin. You will coordinate building services with construction activities from specification through to installation, testing and commissioning across commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare projects.

The role requires a third-level qualification, 4+ years in building services, and proficiency with IT systems and AutoCAD, with opportunities for long-term career progression and professional development.

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification in building services or engineering.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate building services with construction activities from specification to commissioning.
• Review drawings and specifications and liaise with design teams.
• Ensure works comply with project standards and programmes.
• Coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of building services.
• Assist with tender documentation and project records.
• Support O&M manual submissions and project documentation.
