Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Building Services Engineering.
• Experience coordinating subcontractor activities.
• Ability to manage O & M manuals submissions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all building services are coordinated with other construction activities.
• Manage procurement through to installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in preparation of detailed tender documentation.

Skills

Experience with specifications

Knowledge of AutoCAD
