Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer to join a leading Irish main contractor on a major healthcare project in Fairview, Dublin 3. You will oversee on-site M&E services, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure design reviews, testing and handover activities are delivered to the highest standards.

With a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery, you will drive commissioning and handover processes while maintaining strong communication with the project team and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with main contractor or M&E contractor.
• Knowledge of commissioning and handover processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Full driving licence.
