Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd seeks a Senior Building Services Engineer to join a leading Irish main contractor on a major healthcare project in Fairview, Dublin 3.

You will manage mechanical and electrical services on site, coordinate M&E subcontractors, review designs, drawings and submittals, and oversee testing, commissioning and handover documentation. A full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with a main contractor or M&E contractor.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning and handover.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Full driving licence.
