Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Building Services Manager for a flagship project in Ireland on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services from installation through to commissioning and handover, coordinating with the Project Director and specialist subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record delivering major projects for a Main Contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Building Services Manager, MEP Manager or Building Services Lead.
• Experience delivering major projects for a Main Contractor.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems.
• Experience coordinating specialist subcontractors and complex MEP packages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning, quality assurance and project handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating MEP subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and design information.
• Monitoring quality, compliance and health & safety standards across all building services installations.
• Driving progress through regular meetings with internal teams and supply chain partners.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and systems validation.
• Managing building services snagging, defect resolution and project handover.
• Supporting commercial and procurement teams with technical input where required.
• Ensuring all project documentation and commissioning records are completed and maintained.

Building Services Manager

Ireland | Tier 1 Main Contractor

12-Month Fixed Term Contract €65,000 - €100,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Comprehensive Package

A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join a flagship project in Ireland on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a major construction project, overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services from installation through to commissioning and handover.

Due to the project location, candidates must be willing to lodge away in Ireland for the duration of the contract.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Director, Construction Team and specialist subcontractors, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all building services activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
