AstraZeneca is building a state-of-the-art biologics facility in College Park, Dublin. This senior hands-on role requires you to set technical standards, lead an empowered shift team, and drive data-led decisions to improve yield, robustness, and speed across unit operations.

You will work with advanced automation, electronic batch records, and SAP integration, while mentoring colleagues and shaping start-up, tech transfer, and validation activities to deliver patient-ready biologics.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 8+ years in a cGMP biotech manufacturing environment.
• BA/BS in a scientific field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven technical leadership and complex decision-making abilities.

• Lead end-to-end unit operations across biotech manufacturing steps.
• Act as designee for the shift lead and make timely decisions to protect schedule and quality.
• Develop SMEs across multiple process technologies and troubleshoot on the floor.
