Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required
• Experience in a production environment and GMP environment preferred
• Experience in a regulated industry is desirable

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Execution: Set up and support bioprocess operations to achieve daily throughput, quality targets, and reliable plant performance.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues rapidly, guiding teammates and internal customers to restore operations.
• Decision Support: Use data to inform decisions, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based and standards-aligned.
• Project Delivery: Prioritize work and deliver projects to plan, including sustainability objectives and early risk escalation.
• Requirements Analysis: Define requirements, build action plans with stakeholders, and drive timely execution.
• Safety and GMP Compliance: Adhere to Health, Safety and GMP standards; promote a right-first-time culture.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify waste, apply lean tools, and implement improvements that enhance yield and reduce deviations.
