Job summary

Rhythm Careers is partnering with a design studio specialising in workplace interiors to recruit a senior architectural technologist. You’ll lead technical delivery from concept through to construction and drive Revit and BIM standards across the Interiors team.

Expect extensive coordination with architects, engineers, designers and clients, including overseas partners. You’ll mentor junior technologists and help shape the studio's digital workflows and templates, with training and CPD supported

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as an architectural technologist.
• Background in workplace or commercial interiors.
• Strong Revit ability.
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows.
• Good construction and detailing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently when busy.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of technical delivery from concept through to construction.
• Maintain Revit and BIM standards across Interiors team; ensure docs, models and tender packages are up to scratch.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers and clients (some overseas).
• Mentor junior technologists as part of the role.
• Contribute to evolution of studio digital workflows and templates.
