Job summary

Our Client in Dublin City is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist – Interiors to lead the technical design and delivery of high-quality workplace and commercial interiors, focusing on later design and construction stages.

You will produce and coordinate detailed Revit packages, manage coordination with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors, ensure BCAR compliance, and mentor junior staff while upholding BIM standards across the studio.

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design or related discipline.
Extensive experience delivering commercial interiors or workplace projects.
Strong technical design and construction-stage experience.
Advanced Revit proficiency and strong knowledge of BIM workflows.
Experience producing construction drawings and schedules; strong knowledge of BCAR, BCMS and Irish Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and delivery of high-quality workplace and commercial interiors projects, focusing on later design and construction stages.
Produce and coordinate detailed Revit packages, including drawings, specifications, schedules and technical details.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to manage technical coordination and site delivery.
Ensure BCAR compliance and lead design team meetings; provide technical support through construction.
Mentor junior team members and drive BIM standards across the studio.
