Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Lead / Senior Coordinator to drive BIM coordination across complex life sciences and pharmaceutical projects from Cork. The role requires ownership of BIM delivery, mentorship of BIM teams, and close collaboration with project managers and design disciplines to maintain compliant, delivery-focused environments.

The successful candidate will combine hands-on BIM capability with leadership to coordinate models, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Hands-on BIM coordination and delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and BEP implementations.
• Ability to mentor and coordinate BIM teams across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination and delivery across multidisciplinary projects.
• Act as primary BIM contact on assigned projects.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and modellers.
• Implement BEP requirements and ensure model compliance.
• Set up and maintain BIM workflows, standards and coordination environments.
• Coordinate federated models and clash detection.
• Chair BIM coordination meetings and track issues to resolution.
• Review models for quality and engineering intent.
