Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Lead / Senior Coordinator for our Cork office. The role focuses on ownership of BIM coordination for complex life sciences and pharmaceutical projects, mentoring BIM Coordinators, and maintaining compliant BIM delivery environments.

The successful candidate will work with Project Managers and discipline leads to ensure model development reflects design intent, while leveraging BEP standards and advanced BIM workflows. Hybrid office-based role in Little Island, Cork.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a Senior BIM Coordinator or Lead BIM Coordinator role.
• Experience delivering large, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong hands-on 3D AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit capability.
• Experience with vendor data and model integration using common data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination and delivery across multidisciplinary projects.
• Act as primary BIM contact on assigned projects.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and modellers across teams.
• Ensure BEP compliance and implement BIM workflows and standards.
• Coordinate federated models and clash detection activities.
• Lead coordination meetings and track issues through resolution.
• Review models for quality and alignment with project requirements.
