Job summary

Arcadis Dublin is seeking a detail‑oriented BIM Electrical modeller to develop detailed 3D electrical models for pharmaceutical and semiconductor facilities, coordinate models in a multi‑user BIM environment, and lead coordination meetings with other disciplines and clients.

To succeed you should have 2–5 years’ experience, a relevant engineering qualification, and skills in Revit, Plant 3D or Cadworx, plus Navisworks. Strong reading of drawings and excellent English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3D modelling and drawing production experience required.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Development detailed 3D electrical models for pharmaceutical / semiconductor facilities.
• Coordination of models within a multi-user BIM environment.
• Clash management and issue identification and resolution.
• Lead Coordination meetings with other disciplines and clients.

Skills:

• 3D modelling and drawing production experience essential. Revit, Plant 3D or Cadworx
• Experience using Navisworks beneficial.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft office Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Ability to integrate as part of a team to meet the Client Deliverables.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Relevant third level certification in a related engineering discipline or a relevant trade qualification.
• 2 -5 years’ experience
