Job summary

Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Carlow is seeking a Senior Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will deliver warm, friendly and efficient service, work across the F&B areas and contribute to a premium guest experience.

You will keep stations stocked, stay updated with menus, handle busy shifts, and collaborate with colleagues. We offer competitive hourly wages, pension, wellness programmes and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passionate about operations and working on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensure work areas are set up and stocked according to the business requirements.
• Be fully aware of any menu updates.
• Work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through the various areas of the Food and Beverage Department if required.
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Provide support in other areas of the business if required to do so.
• Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner.
