Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Carlow is recruiting a Senior Bartender to join our team. You will deliver warm, friendly service on the bar and floor, ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards across all service areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensure work areas are stocked and set up according to business needs.
• Be fully aware of menu updates.
• Work a flexible shift pattern and rotate areas of the Food and Beverage Department if required.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are followed daily, weekly and monthly.
• Provide support in other areas of the business as needed.
• Store stock safely.
