Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Carlow is seeking a Food and Beverage Server to join our team. You will deliver warm, friendly service to guests across the hotel’s F&B outlets, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a can-do attitude, flexibility for shift patterns, attention to detail, and strong communication. Windward Management oversees Mount Wolseley, offering development opportunities and staff benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Serve guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensure work areas are set up and stocked according to business requirements.
• Be fully aware of any menu updates.
• Work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through F&B areas as required.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to daily, weekly and monthly.
• Provide support in other areas of the business if required.
• Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner.
