Job summary

37 Dawson Street in Dublin is seeking an experienced bartender to join a fast-paced, late-night bar team. You will deliver high-standard cocktails, mentor junior staff, and help maintain a welcoming, energetic venue atmosphere.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a calm approach under pressure to ensure superb guest experiences during busy evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and experience in a high-volume venue.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
• Valid permission to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to a high standard.

Requirements
