Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking an experienced professional to lead technology-enabled tax transformation across multiple domains. You will design and deliver solutions that modernise tax functions, leveraging AI, automation, data platforms, and workflow tools.

The role offers exposure to SAP, Oracle, and other ERP tax integrations within a collaborative PwC network. You will lead end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across corporate tax, finance,

Qualifications

Track record in tax technology, finance transformation, or tech-enabled change within consulting/corporate environments.
Ability to translate complex tax and business requirements into clear functional/technical designs.
Experience leading multi-workstream deliveries and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

Define tax technology roadmaps aligned to data strategy and control frameworks.
Design and implement AI/automation solutions to modernise tax processes.
Deploy tax platforms and integrate tax engines with ERP systems.
Lead end-to-end delivery from scoping to user adoption, mentoring teams.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across tax, finance, IT, and controls.
