Echobox is seeking a backend engineer to work with our Product and Data Science teams to shape the future of our AI-powered product suite. You will design, build, and maintain backend services that scale to large data volumes and integrate with frontend and data science systems.

Formación

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data storage solutions.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with ability to work independently and quickly.
• 3-5 years of experience in back-end development or related field, focusing on server-side technologies.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and back-end best practices.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and ability to collaborate with data scientists.

Responsabilidades

• Define and build backend services to support AI-powered products.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to execute product plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems for large data volumes.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and standards.
• Assist with deployment and integration of backend services with frontend and data science systems.
• Improve architecture for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve system performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify system needs and drive improvements.
• Continually learn and apply new technologies to backend infrastructure.
