Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for two 12-month contract roles in the public sector. You will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and ensure traceability for business and technical needs, with strong data analysis skills and GDPR knowledge. Hybrid work with 1 day onsite in Tullamore, Ireland.

Experience in Agile environments, Product Owner exposure, and proficiency with Azure DevOps to create user stories, plan sprints, and manage backlogs is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BA role for large ICT/public-sector projects.
• Experience in Agile environments and acting as Product Owner.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps for user stories, sprint planning, backlog management.
• Strong requirements management, process modelling (BPMN/Visio), and data analysis (Excel/SQL).
• Knowledge of GDPR and Irish public-sector procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, validation, and traceability for business and technical needs.
• Document support design of end-to-end workflows.
• Develop and maintain all Business Requirements Documents.
• Create and manage user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
