Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions (Europe) Limited Company is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain secure, scalable Azure platforms for large-scale production environments. You will lead reliability initiatives, mentor junior engineers and partner with security, architecture and product teams.

The role emphasizes automation, IaC with Terraform, GitOps with ARGO CD, and robust monitoring. A strong Azure/Kubernetes background and incident-response experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Eng or DevOps for large-scale prod environments.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Advanced Terraform skills and reusable IaC design.
• Strong Git/GitOps with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Linux scripting/programming: Python, PowerShell, Go or Bash.
• Observability, incident management and disaster recovery experience.
• Technical leadership and automation-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate and improve secure, highly available Azure platforms.
• Lead reliability initiatives and define SLIs/SLAs with error budgets.
• Perform RCAs and drive resilience patterns and multi-region failover.
• Build IaC with Terraform and automations with Python/PowerShell/Go/Bash.
• Manage AKS, container security, ARGOCD and GitOps pipelines.
• Develop monitoring, logging and distributed tracing strategies.
• Drive CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps; support on-call rotation.
