Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, operate and continuously improve secure, highly available Azure platforms supporting large-scale production environments in Ireland. You will provide technical leadership for reliability initiatives and partner with engineering, security, architecture and product teams to improve resilience.

You will lead incident reviews, define SLIs/SLOs and implement automation with Terraform, AKS, GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

Experience in Site Reliability Engineering across large-scale production environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes platforms.
Proficient in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Strong incident management and post-incident review skills.

Responsibilities

Design, operate and improve Azure-based platforms for reliability.
Define SLI/SLOs and error budgets, lead RCAs and post-incident reviews.
Develop IaC with Terraform and automate with Python/PowerShell/Go/Bash.
Manage AKS clusters and implement GitOps with ArgoCD and container security standards.
Build monitoring, logging, alerting and distributed tracing with Grafana and Azure Monitor.
Lead on-call rotations and mentor junior SREs and engineers.
