Job summary

The Panel seeks a Senior AV and Digital Systems Lead to oversee audio-visual infrastructure and digital systems across a large multi-space events campus. This hands-on role manages multiple AV-enabled rooms, delivering technical support for in-house and large-scale events, and serves as the subject matter expert across sound, lighting, conferencing, rigging, IPTV, and digital signage systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' AV experience in large venues or live event environments.
• Advanced technical knowledge of sound, lighting, and conferencing systems.
• Experience managing AV vendors and digital signage platforms (e.g., TriplePlay or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of core AV infrastructure.
• Support and deliver AV for meetings and major events.
• Collaborate with Event Managers and external AV partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage AV vendors and SLA performance.
• Oversee campus-wide digital signage, IPTV, and wayfinding systems.
• Work with Marketing to manage on-site event promotion and advertising.
