Job summary

The Panel in Ireland seeks an experienced AV Engineer to lead audio-visual operations across a multi-space events campus. This senior, hands-on role oversees rooms, provides technical support for in-house and large-scale events, and acts as the SME for sound, lighting, conferencing, rigging, IPTV, and digital signage.

You will collaborate with Event Managers and external partners to ensure flawless execution, manage AV vendors and SLAs, and coordinate campus-wide digital signage and wayfinding

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ AV experience in large venues or live event environments.
• Advanced technical knowledge of sound, lighting, and conferencing systems.
• Experience managing AV vendors and digital signage platforms (e.g., TriplePlay or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of core AV infrastructure.
• Support and deliver AV for meetings and major events.
• Collaborate with Event Managers and external AV partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage AV vendors and SLA performance.
• Oversee campus-wide digital signage, IPTV, and wayfinding systems.
• Work with Marketing to manage on-site event promotion and advertising.
