Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Lead AV Installation Engineer to deliver high-quality audiovisual solutions for our clients. Reporting to the Head of AV Operations, you will install AV systems to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will assist project managers, assemble and wire systems, configure and test equipment, and mount AV gear on large projects both on and off site.

Qualifications

Good communication skills.
Knowledge of professional video and audio systems.
Ability to logically test and configure systems.
Computer skills.
Inter-personal skills / team player.
Current and clean driving license.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers & Site Manager with the installation of systems on large projects, both on and off site.
Assemble and wire AV systems to design drawings and cable schedules; configure and test before leaving the workshop.
Mount and install AV equipment such as projectors, screens, speakers, amplifiers, and control systems as required.
Configure equipment settings and connections.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Provide on-site technical operation services as required.
Assist in on-site system maintenance as required.
Ensure health & safety policies are followed.
