Job summary
Sony Interactive Entertainment in Ireland is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead design and delivery of complex employee technology automations and integrations. Qualifications
- Strong experience delivering and operating production integrations, automation, or service workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript, with API integration and testing practices.
- Experience owning complex work from design through deployment and support handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation for defined complex automation initiatives within architecture and security standards.
- Build and integrate APIs, workflows, scripts, and platform capabilities across employee tech and support systems.
- Plan and execute testing, deployment, monitoring, rollback, documentation, and handover to production.
- Develop API connectors and orchestrated workflows with authentication, data mapping, and error handling.
- Collaborate with platform owners to validate interfaces and resolve integration issues.
