Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Cork, Ireland is seeking an engineer to design and develop equipment and control systems for manufacturing environments. You will help ensure reliability and identify updates to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Design and Develop: Build equipment and control systems, ensuring reliability and identifying updates.
  • Project Management: Compile automation project requirements for resource management and maintenance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and propose improvements.
  • Deliverables and Deadlines: Contribute to automation deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Scope Analysis: Analyze changes in project scope for time and cost impacts.
  • Team Communication: Communicate with engineering teams regarding workflow and deliverables.
  • Leadership: Apply Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with the team.

  • Working knowledge of quality systems (FDA/ISO) within a regulated environment.
  • Commissioning and validation experience.
  • PLC Programming.
  • Experience with manufacturing systems.
