Job summary

GAAP Search Solutions LTD is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead audit engagements in Ireland. The role involves supervising engagements, guiding teams, and ensuring high-quality audits in line with standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate brings Big 4 or mid-tier audit experience, a CAI-equivalent qualification, and strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills to deliver value to clients and drive practice growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CAI accounting qualification or international equivalent.
• Big 4 or mid-tier audit firm experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong commercial and market awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple audit engagements and manage client relationships.
• Contribute to audit strategy and budgets for engagements.
• Plan and execute audits delivering high-quality results with appropriate use of technology.
• Perform risk assessment procedures and identify risks of material misstatement.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve client processes.
