Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a skilled Environment and Planning Litigation Solicitor to support our in-house legal team. The role focuses on contentious and non-contentious environmental, land, and project matters, advising across planning, environmental compliance, and regulatory areas.

You will manage disputes, including court and tribunal proceedings, and collaborate with internal clients and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Experience across disputes and dispute resolution fora.
• Litigation experience in water/utilities or similar industries desirable.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to review and draft legal documents and agreements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide environmental, land, and project related legal advice.
• Manage a portfolio of disputes and attend court as needed.
• Draft, review and update a wide range of legal documents and agreements.
• Advise on regulatory, planning and environmental matters and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliant project delivery.
