William Fry in Dublin is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Environment and Planning Unit within the Dispute Resolution Department. You will advise on planning, environmental and regulatory matters and contribute to high-stakes litigation and complex projects.

This role offers hybrid working and genuine responsibility, with direct client contact and collaboration across teams to deliver strategic advice and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years post-qualification experience in environment and planning matters.
• Strong drafting skills and a good eye for detail.
• Commercially focused with excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on planning, environmental and regulatory matters including complex development projects.
• Assist with planning and environmental litigation and judicial review proceedings.
• Provide strategic advice on planning permissions and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Navigate statutory and regulatory processes for development and infrastructure projects.
• Advise on planning and environmental matters for residential, commercial, energy and infrastructure developments.
• Draft and review legal advices, court documents and related materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas on multidisciplinary matters.
