Job summary

The Panel is seeking an Associate to join its Dublin Dispute Resolution team. You will handle a varied caseload across commercial litigation, working closely with partners and supervising junior colleagues.

We value strong academics and a proactive approach to client advisory, with hybrid working offered in Dublin City Centre. Prior experience in a top Irish or international firm is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Irish qualified solicitor with around 3 years' PQE.
• Broad commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience.
• Strong academic record and excellent communication skills.
• Hybrid working arrangement in Dublin City Centre.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on contentious matters with supervision and run straightforward matters end to end.
• Work across financial services disputes, corporate disputes, insolvency, property disputes and regulatory matters.

Associate, Dispute Resolution (c.3 PQE) | Dublin

Our client, a well-regarded international law firm with an established Dublin office, is seeking an Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team. This is a broad commercial litigation practice, so you will see a genuinely varied caseload and work closely with partners.

Key points:

• Irish qualified solicitor, ideally around 3 years' PQE
• Broad commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice
• Hybrid working, Dublin City Centre

The Role

• Advise clients directly on contentious matters, with appropriate supervision, and run straightforward matters end to end
• Work across financial services disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, insolvency and restructuring, property and construction disputes, contentious regulatory matters, insurance, technology and data disputes, and judicial review
• Manage your own time recording, billing, WIP and debt
• Contribute to know-how and precedents with the knowledge team
• Support and coach trainees and junior colleagues

The Person

• Qualified solicitor c.3 years' PQE
• Litigation experience gained in a leading Irish commercial firm or an international firm of similar standing
• Strong academics
