Job summary

Leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy seeks a Senior Architectural Technologist/Technical Lead in Dublin. The role focuses on leading on complex projects, guiding design and delivery across all stages, with site-based involvement beneficial.

The candidate will demonstrate up-to-date Revit skills, leadership within a team, and strong communication. Irish practice experience and a driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• BSc. (hons) in Architectural Technology or similar required.
• 7+ years’ experience.
• Experience in an Irish Architectural or comparable practice environment.
• Experience in all phases of the architectural design process.
• Strong communication skills / Strong team player.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and delivery.
• Full drivers licence and ability to travel to site as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex projects across all lifecycle stages as Technical Lead.
• Oversee technical design and production using BIM methodologies.
• Support site-based activities and manage project delivery within schedule and budget.
