Job summary

SSA Group in Dublin is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural design delivery across multiple projects. You will produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings via Revit, while managing BIM coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee feasibility through to construction, ensuring compliance with Irish Regulations, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and mentoring junior staff within a dynamic, growth-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (RIAI / ARB accredited or equivalent).
• Minimum 8+ years’ post-graduate professional experience.
• Strong experience delivering projects in Ireland and/or the UK.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential).
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Excellent understanding of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes.
• Proven ability to manage projects through all work stages.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Full working rights in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design delivery on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Manage BIM coordination and collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Prepare planning, tender, statutory, and construction documentation.
• Oversee project delivery from feasibility through to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and industry standards.
• Mentor junior architectural staff and support team development.
• Attend client meetings, design workshops, and site inspections.
• Support design management processes across large-scale programmes.
