• 6-12 years of professional experience delivering medium-to-large scale residential projects in Ireland.
• RIAI Architectural Technologist Member or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage small and large-scale projects with support from senior architects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction packages.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
